Reclaim Leadership goes beyond counseling to infuse hope and biblical perspective for ministry leaders to reignite and reengage their ministry calling. They providing coaching and support through Recalibration Retreats and Ministry Leadership Coaching without requiring the leader to leave their location or online. Rooted and Resilent Coaches do not merely want to "fix" problems; they want to foster an environment where a healthy ministry leader guides the flock with wisdom and energy.

Reclaim Leadership also specializes in addressing issues of conflict and works with ministry leaders, governing boards, and ministry teams. The goal of Conflict Facilitation is to bring conflict to a resolution that honors others and glorifies God. Other services include marriage in ministry coaching, sabbatical coaching, and a couple times a year they host retreats for couples.
