Description:

The 10|Ten Project is a transformative year-long program designed to equip ministry
leaders with essential skills for health, resilience, and longevity. Rooted in over a
decade of research and developed in collaboration with Biola University, the program
aims to help leaders thrive in both ministry and everyday life by focusing on key
principles of well-being and a proactive approach to personal and spiritual health, which
we refer to as "Pre-Hab."
Participants join a cohort of 7-9 members, guided by a dedicated coach, embarking on a
journey of deep personal growth. Through a combination of immersive excursions,
coaching, soul care, and resilience-building practices, participants strengthen their
ability to lead and live well while fostering deep, meaningful relationships with others
facing similar challenges.
