The Pastor's Refuge is a Christ-centered nonprofit ministry dedicated to helping pastors, ministry leaders, business leaders, and their spouses rest, refocus, and re-engage for healthy, long-term ministry. Through unique four-day retreats held in peaceful locations across the United States, the ministry provides a restorative environment where leaders can step away from the pressures of ministry, experience soul care, build authentic relationships with fellow leaders, and enjoy recreation, reflection, and spiritual encouragement. Following each retreat, participants are invited into ongoing virtual small groups called Encounter Connections, providing continued support, accountability, and encouragement. The ministry's mission is to help leaders live well and finish strong by fostering spiritual renewal, healthy community, and sustainable ministry practices.
