With a wide variety of opportunities available during each retreat, participants spend their days creating their own adventure in whatever way restores and renews them. 

In the evening everyone gathers around the table to eat great meals and have intentional soul care conversations, where the burdens of leadership and issues of the heart can be ministered to in a safe space amongst peers.
