Jim and Sandra Tuthill own a home on 33 acres in Dahlonega, Georgia. Tuthill Farms Sout is available for weekend or weekly rental. Dahlonega is only an hour north of Atlanta in the mountains of the Chattahoochee National Forest.

Nearby activities include festivals, hiking, visiting waterfalls, wine tasting and tours, local restaurants, and much more. The Appalachian Trail starts nearby at Amicaloa Falls and Springer Mountain. Other nearby points of interest are Helen and Lake Lanier in Gainesville.

The houses adjoin the national forest and take in views of the mountains from all floors. There are horses on the property and a creek to walk alongside. Included: Housing.
