The North American Mission Board (NAMB) Refresh Retreat is a three-day, Christ-centered retreat created to encourage and strengthen Southern Baptist pastors, ministry couples, church staff, and lay leaders. Designed to promote long-term ministry health, the retreat focuses on spiritual, emotional, physical, and financial well-being through biblical teaching, worship, prayer, and practical encouragement from experienced ministry leaders. Participants also enjoy intentional free time to rest, reconnect with their spouse, and be refreshed away from the demands of ministry. The goal is to help ministry leaders return to their churches renewed, encouraged, and better equipped to continue advancing the gospel.
