Arctic Barnabas Ministries is a Christ-centered nonprofit dedicated to strengthening and encouraging pastors, missionaries, and their families serving in the remote and often isolated regions of Alaska. Through its Ministry Family Retreats and other seasonal retreats, the organization provides a safe and welcoming environment where ministry leaders can step away from the demands of service to experience rest, spiritual renewal, fellowship, and encouragement.
Retreats include biblical teaching, worship, prayer, family activities, children's programs, and opportunities for meaningful connection with others who understand the unique challenges of remote ministry. In addition to retreats, Arctic Barnabas offers pastoral care, coaching, counseling, practical support, and training, equipping ministry families to thrive spiritually, emotionally, and relationally as they continue serving their communities.
