They recognize that addressing mental and emotional health during times of transition is essential. When needed, they connect individuals with licensed Christian therapists who can help work through deeper heart issues.

In addition to transition and career coaching, Ministry Transitions offers a podcast, Facebook groups, and other supportive resources designed to encourage, equip, and strengthen pastors and their families throughout their journey.
