PIR Ministries is a team of experienced pastors who walk with you through the challenges of life and ministry because they’ve been there. They help you clear the debris so you can find your own way forward, offering hope and proven resources to help you with brokenness, conflict, sin, or feeling stuck.

PIR also offers resources, workshops, sabbatical planning, and a Pastor-in-Residence program. The Pastor-in-Residence (PIR) Program is specifically designed for pastors and ministry leaders in a place of forced transition and provides a Refuge Church to help walk with you and your family in healing. It is an individually tailored process so that the exited pastor and their family can find hope and begin discovering the next steps God might have for them.
