Description:

The Deeper Well is the soul care center for Church Well Co comprised of Therapeutic Pastoral Guides and Spiritual Directors. Their practitioners provide individual attentiveness and care for pastors, leaders, and followers of Jesus to attend to their journey and the presence of God along the way.

Therapeutic Guidance (TG) is a therapeutically informed, spiritually rooted mentorship experience into which our whole selves and full story is welcomed to be seen, to find meaning, and to find the keys to unlock the doors before us. Drawing from the worlds of counseling practices, spiritual direction, and mentorship, their Therapeutic Pastoral Guides walk with individuals into healing toward the integration of their whole selves.

Another service Coach Well Co provides are Pastor Community Groups to support ministry leaders.
