Pastors and ministry leaders often face challenges such as unjust termination, burnout, isolation, and emotional trauma. These experiences can leave leaders feeling adrift, questioning their calling, and searching for hope.

Wounded Leadership’s mission is to provide a sanctuary for these wounded leaders—a place where they can find understanding, support, and a pathway to restoration. Through biblical counseling, reflective resources, and a compassionate community, they aim to guide leaders back to a place of healing and renewed purpose.
