Ministry Transitions is a ministry that exists to help churches love and support their outgoing pastors and their families. They provide transition services to help them continue their life ministry for building God's Kingdom.

Their goal is to help pastors and their families heal from any wounds and to identify their next calling as quickly as possible. They address the mental health of pastors and their families is critical in times. Sometimes deep-seated heart issues are best addressed with a licensed Christian therapist to help you work through those challenges.

Ministry Transitions also offers transition and career coaching as well as a podcast, Facebook Groups and other support resources.
