The Resilient Pastor Cohort is a three-month journey designed to equip and encourage you to face current challenges and grow as a leader while providing opportunities to build community with other church leaders throughout the United States and Canada. Their goal is to help you:

  • Grow your ability to lead well in the midst of today’s culture, recommitting to your calling

  • Expand your capacity to pastor with critical qualities like resilience, humility, credibility and understanding

  • Discuss the challenges of ministry today with other like-minded leaders and collaborate on church solutions
