Church Well Co seeks the healing of the Church through the cultivation of brave people and cultures who can carry heavy things together, face challenges while holding onto connection, and participate in the building up of the Body of Christ.
Through their pastor care groups (PCG), you will develop relationships strong enough to bear one another’s burdens and develop the skills of strengthening relationships beyond. These Pastor Care Groups are created so that ministry leaders can experience relationship with peers in which they have space to know and be known, to see and be seen, to carry and be carried.
o Engage in practices of vulnerability and bravery to combat isolation.
o Engage in practices of honesty to protect us against future moral failure.
o Engage in practices of emotional digestion to keep away from burnout.
