The HEART of Listening Heart Ministries is to be a listening ear, a sounding board, and thinking partner, coming alongside pastors, ministry leaders, and their spouses who are suffering under the pressure of life and ministry and to use mentoring to help them restore, recharge, and re-engage back into serving the Lord with joy.

Their passion is to encourage and build up others by undergirding them with love, prayer, coaching, training, and counsel.  Listening Heart has the ability to stand with those who may be hurting or going through difficulties in life and ministry, all the while remaining in the background with a listening posture.
