The Pastors Collective is on a mission to address the real and difficult work of planting, pastoring, and leading churches by fostering soul care, curating community, developing resources, and continuing a national dialogue on mental health in ministry. They are proud to serve ministry leaders across all denominations anywhere in the world.
Their organization executes this mission by helping pastors, partners and Christian leaders - rest, relate and renew. They provide rest through their Retreat at Church Creek, a four-day restorative refuge curating safe space to unplug and unwind coupled with connection, solidarity and support.
Following the retreat, they invite participants to relate through the Cohort Program, monthly small group sessions promoting connection, accountability, growth and encouragement.
