The small group of peers with a veteran coach meet to get the personalized support, feedback, and growth needed to thrive in life and leadership. Between the in-person retreats, your cohort and coaching journey takes place virtually on our private, secure platform to ensure a perfect blend of connection and convenience.
The Authentic Pastor also offers 1-on-1 coaching for pastors that includes an honest assessment of where you are, what’s working, and what needs to change. They will cover what's immediate, what's long-term, and everything in between.
