Arctic Barnabas Ministries provides Christ-centered pastoral care, coaching, counseling, and member support for pastors, missionaries, and their families serving in the unique and often isolated environments of remote Alaska. Rather than offering traditional outpatient counseling, the ministry focuses on relational care through one-on-one encouragement, pastoral counseling, spiritual guidance, crisis support, and ongoing connection to help ministry leaders remain healthy and effective in their calling.
The ministry recognizes the emotional, spiritual, and practical challenges of serving in remote communities. Through face-to-face visits, phone calls, prayer, coaching, counseling, and ministry family retreats, Arctic Barnabas helps leaders navigate burnout, isolation, ministry stress, family challenges, and seasons of discouragement.
